Pyxis Clinics will be closing permanently as of 5:00 PM on Friday, 27th June 2025.

This has not been an easy decision, and we want to sincerely thank you for placing your trust in our team. We remain committed to supporting you through this transition.

To assist with your continuity of care, a health summary will be made available upon request. Once you have chosen a new medical practice, please ask them to send a Release of Information form to us. Upon receipt, we will provide a full copy of your medical records to your new provider within 30 days.
